Applying with a video:
Video interviews with the VidCruiter® interview suite make it possible to get a personal impression from candidates without carrying out a personal interview. Applicants are invited to answer questions first by recorded video. The process is straight-forward and easy to manage.

  • You determine the questions - from a spontaneous "Elevator-Pitch" short-term presentation to a short speech, from motivation to professional knowledge - everything is possible.
  • If you want, you can also import an image video of your company, or present the company personally through a short introductory video.
  • Who will be on the shortlist? With VidCruiter, you can also include up to 5 different decision makers in the process. This allows them to get a personal impression, even without everyone being at the same time at the same spot with the applicants. This saves  a lot of time!
